Easter
We had a nice Easter weekend. My sister Laura and her boyfriend Allan were visiting. They were the last in a line of family visits over the last month. We had fun decorating eggs, having an egg hunt Easter morning, and then Brian and I went to cousin Jake's house for more Easter fun and another egg hunt while Daddy and Emily lounged and napped at home.

We had a little birthday get together at the park for Emily's birthday. Really simple but with all the requirements: cake, presents and pictures.

Brian's First Baseball Game
Brian is a member of the Red Lightning McQueens t-ball team! T-ball opening ceremonies were on the 16th. They had a little parade and the first game. Brian did really well, hitting the ball off the tee and playing first base and left field. They don't keep score or even have outs, but it's really cute watching the kids learn and play. Brian still thinks that he's going to beat everyone on his team, so we've been working on the idea of team sports. We just tell him to do his best and have fun and he is.
