....this June, in Aviano Air Base, Italy!!!!We are super excited to go back to Europe, this time with our children, and living 50 miles from Venice in northeastern Italy! Steve will still be flying the F16 and we'll be there for 3 years! I am apprehensively excited though because we've learned to expect the unexpected with the Air Force. Steve could still get picked up for ACSC school, for which he is an alternate right now (and then we'd most likely move to Alabama instead--wah!) And another tour in Europe has a few drawbacks, which are hard to think of right now, but one comes to mind, we will see less of our families over the next 3 years, unless of course they all come visit us alot!!
These pictures were taken in October 2004 when we flew down to Italy from Germany and spent 9 glorious days seeing the sights. We didn't quite get our fill of pasta, pizza and wine though, 3 years might just satisfy all those cravings! We are living the dream! Or rather, "La Vita E Bella!"
